Maintenance Committee
INTRODUCTION
The optimal utilization of resources is necessary for proper functioning of an institute. Procurement, purchase, inventory, repair and maintenance are the key aspects for resource utilization. The maintenance committee is an integral component for smooth functioning of the institute and the laboratories.
AIM
To strive for effective resource utilization by preventing damage and prolong the life expectancy.
OBJECTIVES
- To optimize the usage of facilities available in the institute.
- Ensure availability of adequate resources in working condition.
- Maintain proper records.
- Supervise the electric, plumbing and carpentry works and immediately report if any issues present and follow up the same till it is resolved.
- To report loss, breakage and improper functioning of equipment’s.
