Well furnished, spacious classrooms equipped with the latest teaching aids such as Digital Interactive Board, LCD projector, OHP etc, are available to have a highly interactive session in classroom teaching. All class rooms are well - illuminated, properly ventilated and with modern sitting.


Laboratories

B.Sc. Nursing subjects are mainly based on practical covered under syllabus and its performance in hospitals and laboratories. In view of this, the institute has provided all the required no, of laboratories equipped with modern equipment’s and instruments for various subjects of nursing courses. These laboratories are designed in such a manner that it provides better working environment and safety. The laboratories are developed as per norms of Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and MPNRC, Madhya Pradesh. These are following laboratories available in the college.

Anatomy And Physiology Lab

The Anatomy and Physiology Lab is a foundational facility for nursing students to understand the human body's structure and function. This lab is well-furnished with human skeletons, anatomical models, preserved specimens, charts, and advanced 3D visuals that aid in the exploration of internal organs and systems. Through hands-on practice and demonstrations, students gain essential knowledge of human anatomy, which is crucial for clinical practice. The lab encourages observational learning and helps students link theoretical knowledge with real anatomical features, laying the groundwork for future clinical and diagnostic understanding.

Nutrition Lab

The Nutrition Lab is a specialized facility where students learn about the science of food and diet planning for patients. It is equipped with cooking appliances, kitchenware, and display materials like food models and nutrient charts. Here, students practice preparing therapeutic diets for patients with various health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and malnutrition. The lab also emphasizes hygiene, meal presentation, and calorie calculation. This hands-on experience enhances their ability to provide proper dietary guidance in hospital and community settings, aligning with modern health and nutritional care standards.

Fundamental Of Nursing Lab

This lab is designed to simulate a real hospital ward, giving students an environment to practice basic and essential nursing procedures before working with real patients. It includes patient beds, mannequins, bedside lockers, IV stands, BP apparatus, injection practice arms, and dressing materials. Instructors guide students through activities such as bed making, sponge baths, vital sign monitoring, and basic first aid techniques. This lab builds students' confidence, clinical efficiency, and precision in nursing care, helping them transition smoothly into the hospital environment.

Community Health Lab

The Community Health Lab prepares students for primary health care service es and rural health missions. It contains community health bags, home visit kits, models of sanitary latrines, water purification systems, and immunization charts. The lab focuses on training students in community survey methods, health education techniques, communicable disease prevention, and maternal-child health services in village and slum areas. Role-play, puppet shows, and IEC materials are also used for health awareness programs. It enables students to apply public health principles and improve health literacy at the grassroots level.

Maternal And Child Health Lab

This lab focuses on practical training in maternity and paediatric care. It is equipped with delivery tables, obstetric mannequins, pelvic models, foetal heart sound simulators, and neonatal mannequins. Students are taught procedures like antenatal examination, normal delivery simulation, breastfeeding techniques, and newborn resuscitation. The paediatric section includes baby growth charts, immunization schedules, and paediatric nursing kits. The lab ensures that students gain hands-on skills in providing safe and effective care to mothers and children, from pregnancy through postnatal and paediatric stages.

Advance Skill Lab

The Advanced Skill Lab is a high-tech facility designed to enhance clinical decision-making and critical care skills. It features high-fidelity simulators, CPR mannequins, advanced airway management kits, ECG machines, infusion pumps, and emergency care trolleys. Students are trained in handling medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, trauma care, oxygen therapy, and advanced injection techniques. The lab allows for simulated scenarios with real-time feedback, enabling students to perform complex procedures with accuracy. It fosters clinical competency and prepares students for real-life situations in critical care and emergency departments.

Computer Lab

The Computer Lab provides digital access to nursing-related educational content, research journals, online courses, and simulation software. It is equipped with modern desktops, high-speed internet, printers, and audiovisual aids. Students use the lab for project work, nursing documentation practice, data analysis, and e-learning modules. It supports the development of computer skills essential for modern nursing practice, including electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms. This lab helps students stay updated with current technologies and nursing informatics.

Audio- Visual Room

The Audio-Visual Room is an interactive learning space equipped with multimedia projectors, smart boards, microphones, speakers, and comfortable seating. It is used for lectures, video demonstrations, webinars, seminars, and workshops. Educational videos, clinical procedure demonstrations, and PowerPoint presentations enhance visual learning and memory retention. This room is also used for student presentations, role plays, and group discussions. It enriches the teaching-learning process by making sessions more dynamic and engaging.


Library

The college has got its own good library. It provides latest and up to date reference and books for nursing programme. A large number of national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers and magazines are being subscribed. Internet facilities are available to the students. Every year books and journals are added to the library.

National and international standards reference will help to update the knowledge of students and to facilitate research work.


Sports And Culture

The college offer various types of sports and extracurricular activities all the students are encouraged to participate in intercollegiate literary competitions and other extracurricular activities are encouraged.


Hostel

The hostel facilities are also available with suitable accommodation to the girls only. The rooms are well furnished to make the stay of inmates for learning community living and facilitating out of class discussions on assignments. The inmates of the hostel get invigorating environment for constant interaction among themselves leading to their personality development.
