Grievance Redressal Committee
INTRODUCTION
The Grievance redressal platform involves members who are committed to ensuring equal opportunity, justice and impartial treatment in all aspects concerning education. It also serves as a mechanism to monitor that the employees and the students do not face work harassment.
AIM
The Grievance procedure desires to promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment among faculty and the students.
OBJECTIVES
- To support, those students and faculty who have been deprived of the services offered by the College, for which he/she is entitled.
- To make officials of the College responsive, accountable and courteous in dealing with the students and faculty.
- To create a zero tolerant workplace violence and ensure effective solution to the students and faculty grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
- To implement corrective disciplinary measures and address the grievance appropriately within the stipulated time.
- To implement awareness programs for gender sensitization, antiragging and workplace violence.
